Our family of 8 adults and 1 child booked 4 treehouses and were more than pleased. This was in preparation of a hike in the Smokey Mountains where my middle son proposed. He had the Honey Hole treehouse which was perfect with the swinging bed under the deck. There is absolutely nothing they missed when creating these units. A lot of attention was placed on the details for each unit from warm toilet seats (who knew) to swings under the deck and fireplace on the top deck where we all gathered for Happy Hour. Communication was timely and detailed. I can not recommend this more.

My husband and I were gifted a two night stay. We stayed in the Honey Hole. There are not enough positive words to describe how awesome it was!! The details in this treehouse were absolutely amazing!! Heated toilet seats !!!! Yes!! We so enjoyed the oversized tub and honestly just didnโt want to leave to go do anything else because we wanted to enjoy every second of our time there. We had a fire the second evening and sat enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View!! The owners are thoughtful, kind and loving and go above and beyond to make sure every single thing is just perfect! I surprised my fiancรฉe for his birthday weekend trip. We came Feb 14-16. It was our first time staying in a treehouse and it was absolutely amazing! We also saw the eagle yall were talking about while we were on a walk. The views were beautiful and we stayed at the honey hole. We love the bed it was so comfortable and can you please send us a link or let us know what bed was in there because we are going to buy the same bed. We brought our little fur baby Maltese and she loved it! Thank yall for opening up your beautiful treehouse for us! We are definitely coming back!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort. We had a weekend away celebrating a birthday. The location was close to the smokey moutains national park and we hiked to waterfalls and enjoyed a quiet evening in the treehouse.

Iโve stayed in alot of places but this by cars exceeds my expectations! Very convenient location to the downtown area, exceptional host and quality and details of each treehouse! We were so grateful they were dog friendly so we got to take out fur babies with us. We stayed in the Honey Hole and loved it! The towel warmer was a great touch to a cold winter night! We will def. come back and stay again! Had so much fun and was one of the most unique stays Iโve ever had! We also were ahead of schedule and host allowed us to check in early with no issues, super accommodating. Absolutely loved it, thank you!

Great & Fun Experience! The treehouse was very cute and cozy. This was the perfect spot for our wedding anniversary. Amanda was fantastic to help me surprise my wife with champagne, chocolates, etc. The design and engineering were very impressive and unique. The drink chute and other hidden items were so clever! We stayed in #48 the honey pot which had a great shower, indoor and outdoor fireplace, kitchenette, and even a bidet! You canโt go wrong with visiting. Itโs great for couples or families. The location is perfect and such an amazing experience. Weโll be back for sure.

Sanctuary Treehouse Resort is a one of a kind, enchanting place to stay! We recently stayed in the Luxe model "the Honey Hole" and enjoyed the beautiful views, decor and many luxury amenities. The owners took care to incorporate the theme into the treehouse decor as well as included items that made our stay relaxing and effortless! The attention to detail is stunning! The resort is close to many attractions, restaurants and stores, yet is away from the hustle and bustle encountered closer to town. It is easy to get around the area and to explore the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains from the resort. We enjoyed a romantic getaway, yet they have other treehouses that are well-suited to families and bigger groups. The owners are very responsive to any questions or inquiries you may have. Let me first start off by saying that I was truly impressed with the Treehouse Resort! Me and my 17-year-old came for a little getaway, and we really had a great time! The Treehouse has so many little trinkets and personal touches that are so unique! They have everything you need that a traditional hotel/resort may have. They really did think of everything! It is close to anything you want to do. Shopping, attractions, food, and don't forget about the Smoky Mountains! I cannot wait to be able to come back and stay in a different treehouse and explore more of the area! Book now and you won't be disappointed! We had a wonderful time! We used everything we could. We took our 8lb maltipoo with us and she loved it too. The views were of a golf course across the way and the mountains in the back. I felt like it was close enough to go anywhere you wanted in the area. We loved making fires on the deck. The swinging bed underneath was absolutely wonderful. It truly felt like a tree house with luxurious amenities.

We stayed at The Honey Hole the week of March 25th. We were excited to switch things up and stay in a Treehouse instead of a hotel! We were not disappointed. The Treehouses are beautiful, clean and fun. You get all of the perks of a standalone unit while still being within a community of others. The room was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The unit has an area where you can relax on the ground floor and watch tv and a balcony on the top floor where you can take in the views and build a fire (in the fireplace). There is also a communal area for larger bonfires and cooking out! The resort is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well. We drove into those two areas every day without any issues. Finally, we were celebrating our son's 10th birthday and the staff made sure he felt special by leaving him with a little gift (thank you!). We would highly recommend staying at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort!

We were gifted this experience by our office staff for Christmas, so we went into it with little to no expectations. WOW!! What a great experience. All the finishing touches were phenomenal. Got to meet the owner, who was super nice and helpful. The kids are mad we didnโt take them, so we will definitely be back. My only regret is we couldnโt stay longer.

We went in Dec 2023 and loved it. We stayed in the Honey Hole. The treehouse was incredible. Would have loved more isolation from the other units but they did everything they could to try and give you the privacy. We would definitely go back!!!

Brian and his family thought of everything! My fiancรฉ and I stayed at the Honey Hole treehouse. The decor, layout, comfort, viewsโฆspectacular! When temperatures dropped to single digits, Brian delivered a ceramic heater during the evening to assure we stayed warm enough. He did this on his own just to make sure we were comfortable. Marie was also amazing to communicate with, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were warm and safe. We definitely picked the coldest and snowiest time to visit, but could not have been happier with our stay. I hope to come back and stay again, perhaps during milder temperatures, so we can experience the true nature of the treehouses! Thank you Brian and Marie for being so kind and accommodating!

The treehouses were the PERFECT couples getaway! We stayed in the Honey Hole and enjoyed sitting under the tree house and watching movies while it rained! I would greatly recommend for anyone, not just couples! This place is in the perfect spot to vacation in Sevierville, pigeon forge, and Gatlinburg! Perfect stay This is an amazing place to stay. Each and every detail was well thought out and the quality is top notch. Trip highlight was watching a movie on the hanging bed under the stars followed by sโmores in the deck fireplace. Creative Sanctuary By far the most unique place Iโve ever been. All the amenities provided plus some youโd never consider like the drink chute to the hanging bed down below, a toilet that does everything except pull your TP off the roll, dry firewood and material to start it burning. Best treehouse experience ever! Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or solo, this place has something for everyone. My stay in "The Honey Hole" was beyond exceptional. Pictures don't do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself to appreciate all the extra features. Beautiful location and so convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The Honey Hole with My Honey! We loved everything about this trip!! The views were spectacular and the accommodations were luxurious and quaint all at the same time. We felt like we were embedded in the mountains in a treehouse that was clean and came equipped with all the conveniences we would need -- and more. The spacious tub, picturesque deck and warm fire hit the spot while we enjoyed each other on our romantic get-away!! 10/10 recommend this destination for couples. In addition, we hope to revisit soon with our adult children -- who will never be too old for a slide!
