Our resort features the best of both worlds when it comes to location! The property is located just minutes from Interstate 40 on 40 acres in the heart of the Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, TN. When you stay in one of our treehouses, you can wake up each morning to the stunning scenery of the Smokies, and we even have rentals that sit right on the river for the ultimate peaceful vacation. In addition, our resort is located just a short drive from all the amazing attractions, shops, and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Reservations will open soon, so be sure to

2. Series of Wonderful Hidden Amenities
When you think about the treehouses you played in as a child, they were always created with secret passageways and hidden secrets. That is something that we wanted to incorporate into our Smoky Mountain vacation rentals! When you step inside the standard treehouse, you will notice the rope suspended King-sized bed. However, there is a secret Queen bed hidden underneath that you can access with the turn of a special crank system and you can store it easily in the morning to have more room to walk around! There is also a special crank that will unveil an amazing dining area for eating dinner with the family hidden under the lower bunk.
3. Spacious Deck Area
On every one of our treehouses, you will find an amazing 200 square feet of deck space where you and your guests can sit back and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Smoky Mountains! On the deck, you will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing evening, including wood-burning fireplaces, a sit-at bar with chairs, and an amazing escape hatch that everyone can use to climb up and down from the treehouse to the ground below! There is also a 320 square foot deck on the lower level of the treehouse that features chairs and swings so your family can enjoy the evening together making memories in the Smokies!
4. Resort Amenities
In addition to the individual amenities of each treehouse, there will also be a ton of wonderful resort amenities for those who stay with us! Our property will have plenty of ways for your family to enjoy the scenery of the mountains, including 4 miles of walking trails to explore. We will also have a scavenger hunt that visitors of all ages will love! Our goal is to create the ultimate friendly treehouse resort where anyone and everyone can come and enjoy the peacefulness of the Great Smoky Mountains.
