You are in for a treat when you stay at our resort in the Smokies! In fact, upon completion, Sanctuary Treehouse Resort will be the largest treehouse resort in the world! In addition to our scenic location in the heart of the Smokies, you will be able to enjoy an array of other perks during your stay in our rentals. Here are 4 incredible amenities at our treehouses in the Smoky Mountains:
1. Plenty of Sleeping Space
If you were fortunate enough to have a treehouse in your yard as a child, you remember all the wonderful memories that you created there. The only thing that could have made the experience any better was maybe a little more space. Well, we guarantee space won’t be an issue at our treehouses in the Smoky Mountains. Our standard
Tree Fort has the ability to sleep up to 6 guests. It features a King bed and a set of bunk beds as well for the kids. There is also a secret Queen bed that can be revealed by the simple turn of a wheel! If you are traveling with a larger group, we are going to have Tree Fort Doubles, which are 2 treehouses connected by a drawbridge!
2. Deck Space with Seating

On the back porch of every treehouse, we have installed 200 square feet of deck space. This is where you will feel most connected with nature, as the rentals are situated in the trees! From the deck, you will be presented with an astonishing view of the Smokies. You will also have a ton of amenities to enjoy outside, including a bar area with seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a secret escape hatch that allows you to go from the ground level to the top deck. The outdoor deck is sure to be one of your favorite places to hang out and make memories with your family!
3. Entertainment for the Kids
The goal of Sanctuary Treehouse Resort was to create a place where families could come together for a unique experience in the Smoky Mountains. During your stay, your kids will have an array of things to keep them busy, including climbing ropes and swings, a 20 foot outdoor slide, and so much more! There will also be walking trails and a scavenger hunt, with future plans for an enchanted forest ands ride-on electric vehicles for kids.
