Which treehouse should I reserve?

What is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.

Early check-in is 1pm and late check-out is 1pm with a $50/fee for each, subject to availability. Please enquire in advance to allow us to accommodate your request.

Please note that our resort is in Eastern Time Zone.

Pets permitted?

Sanctuary Treehouse Resort will allow up to 2 non-aggressive dogs per reservation. A $50 cleaning fee and additional conditions will apply.

Kids allowed?

Heck yes! Bring the kids, bring the family! Bring em all!

Are these handicap accessible?

Not at this time. However, we do plan to have treehouses for guests with mobility challenges in the future.

Why are the treehouses not built on a tree?

When you visit Disney, you know that the castle isn’t a real castle, and Space Mountain doesn’t actually take you to space. These attractions blend fantasy with practicality to create a magical experience.

Similarly, when it comes to building treehouses, commercial construction codes often prevent us from building directly in trees due to stability and safety concerns. Attaching structures to trees can interfere with their growth and overall health, as trees are vulnerable to environmental factors like wind, rot, and changing conditions.

At Sanctuary Treehouse Resort, we’ve taken great care to preserve the natural beauty of the land by thoughtfully integrating our treehouses into the existing landscape. We’ve intentionally avoided disturbing the woodlands and displacing local wildlife, ensuring that the area’s natural charm remains intact. While our treehouses aren’t physically perched in the trees, we’ve incorporated authentic “tree features,” including custom carvings, to enhance your experience.

We provide the adventure, and when you bring your imagination, your inner child will be delighted to embark on this magical treehouse journey!

What is the cancellation policy?

The Cancellation Guarantee amount is 3% of your total reservation and enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule (less the 3% guarantee amount and applicable tax). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival. Once inside the 30 days you may only reschedule the reservation; however, the paid amount (less the guarantee and applicable tax) will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account and must be applied to a new reservation which dates fall within one year from date of the original arrival date. Once the one-year time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be lost.

Will there be internet, heat & air conditioning, bathrooms & showers?

All of our treehouses provide complimentary high-speed internet access.
Each treehouse has a mini-split AC system that offers both cooling and heating options for your comfort.
In terms of bathroom facilities, every treehouse features a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, a convenient small closet, and a separate toilet closet. And yes, we couldn’t resist mentioning that our guests love that the toilet seats are heated!
For added privacy, a curtain can be extended to close off the bathroom area.
If you opt for the Luxe treehouse, you’ll be treated to even more luxurious amenities, including a complete bidet toilet system, a lavish copper slipper tub, and a custom-made outdoor soaking tub with privacy curtains. Your comfort and relaxation are our top priorities!
